Yom Chi WTF Taekwondo has been established since 26th May 2007 in Louth, Lincs. Since then, the club has trained many people in traditional WTF Taekwondo,  and modern sport Taekwondo, the same style as seen in the Olympics.

The club prides itself on teaching using both traditional and modern styles incorporating the 5 elements of Taekwondo;

* Forms (Poomse)

* Sparring (Kyorugi)

* Self Defence

* Power Testing/Destruction

* Mind, Body and Spirit development

Along side promoting the Tenets of Taekwondo;

* Etiquette

(conventional code of conduct)

* Modesty

(not being vain or boastful)

* Perseverance

(keep making the effort despite difficulties)

* Self Control

(the power to controls one’s temper and mind)

*Indomitable Spirit

(to be in the correct frame of mind whereby you never cease to persevere)

Which when combined together help and improve the students self confidence, overall fitness and health, respect and discipline in daily life, making the student a well rounded and balanced person both physically and mentally.

The club is part of both British Taekwondo, and the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF)
